Mary Fulton Fit

I'm a 44-year-old from Southern California, married to my high school sweetheart and mom of three boys. I’ve always loved fitness, playing volleyball, water polo, and swimming in high school. After discovering Turbo Kick Boxing in 1999, I became passionate about fitness. As a school teacher at 24, I gained 35 pounds due to stress but lost it through calorie counting. A decade later, I was a fitness instructor at 24 Hour Fitness, motivating others.

After my third child, clean eating and meal prepping transformed my health. Joining a 21-day sugar-free challenge inspired me to become a coach and trainer, committed to helping others on their fitness journeys.

On March 17, 2020, I went LIVE with workouts during the pandemic, which became MARY FULTON FIT. It grew into a global community where we worked out and supported each other. Today, my brand, Mary Fulton Fit, empowers women, while Just Playing focuses on children. My passion is helping people build confidence, move their bodies, and become their best selves.
