I’m a mom of 3 boys, personal trainer, fitness instructor, business owner, and wife to my high school sweetheart, so life keeps me very busy! As a former schoolteacher, I had gained 35 pounds due to stress. I was able to lose the weight and keep it off through calorie tracking and exercise. I have always loved fitness and played sports in high school like volleyball, water polo, and swimming. In 1999, I had discovered group fitness and fell in love. A decade later, I became a certified fitness instructor, having my chance to motivate others. After having my third child, clean eating and meal prepping transformed my health and inspired me to become a coach and trainer, committed to helping others on their fitness journeys. When the pandemic began, I recognized an opportunity to keep people active and motivated, even while we were physically apart. So, on March 17, 2020, I went LIVE with workouts during the pandemic, and from there MARY FULTON FIT began. It has grown into a global community where we exercise, support, and uplift each other. My mission is to empower women through mind, body, soul, and fitness. My passion is helping people build confidence, move their bodies, and embrace their best selves.
